The Golden Birdwing (Troides Aeacus) is a beautiful large butterfly belonging to the swallowtail family. These beautiful butterflies have a wingspan of about 5.9-6.3 inches. The females are larger than the males. Females have dark-brown or black wings.
They closely resemble Troides Helena cerebrus. They mainly feed on Aristolochia and Thottea species.
