In an exciting development, NSYNC, the beloved boy band that includes Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Lance Bass, is making a comeback by creating fresh music for the upcoming installment of the popular “Trolls” film series. According to insider information shared with “Entertainment Tonight,” the group is preparing to launch a brand-new song for the eagerly awaited movie titled “Trolls Band Together.”
Adding to the anticipation, sources indicate that all five iconic members of NSYNC are poised to make unexpected appearances in the animated musical comedy, which is scheduled for a theatrical release on November 17.
A teaser trailer for “Trolls Band Together” hints at the much-anticipated reunion. In the teaser, one character named Floyd, portrayed by Troye Sivan, playfully remarks to Timberlake’s character, Branch, “We’re out of sync.”
The teaser further resonates with a nostalgic touch as Floyd adds, “We’ve journeyed from boys to men, and our path ahead is clear: we’re heading to the back streets,” seemingly acknowledging fellow groups Boyz II Men and Backstreet Boys. Representatives for Timberlake, Chasez, Fatone, Kirkpatrick, and Bass have been approached by Page Six for verification, though no response has been received at the time of reporting.
Inquiries directed to Universal Studios and DreamWorks Animation, the distributing and producing entities behind the film, have also yet to yield any comments.
This forthcoming musical endeavor would mark NSYNC’s long-awaited return after a hiatus of over twenty years. Their final single, “Girlfriend,” featured on their fourth studio album, “Celebrity,” marked their last musical release back in 2002.”
