The racing world is mourning the loss of Kyle Busch, who has died at the age of 41 following a sudden severe illness.
Earlier in the day, Busch’s family announced he had been hospitalized and would miss this weekend’s Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Hours later, NASCAR and his family confirmed his passing.

Busch was one of the most accomplished drivers in NASCAR history, recording 234 wins across the sport’s three national series, including 63 Cup Series victories and two NASCAR Cup championships.
