In a recent Instagram post on January 30, rap mogul Rick Ross shared an exciting update about the extensive renovations taking place at his colossal Miami Beach mansion.

With the ongoing construction work showcased in a video, the property is set to undergo a remarkable transformation, ultimately boasting a staggering value of $50 million.

The Instagram video provides a glimpse into the major construction efforts on the oceanfront property, featuring several diggers actively working on the site. Ross takes his followers on a virtual tour of the mansion-in-progress, providing narration throughout the video.

Highlighting the grandeur of the project, Ross proudly states, “This is what a $50 million home on Star Island looks like. Talk is cheap. You’re about to witness something great. The biggest boss, Ricky Rozay, the culture. We told them every day we’re hustling, they laughed at us.”

The interior of the property is also showcased in the video, with Ross emphasizing, “I spent 35 tickets on my crib, and you see what I’m doing,” as he captures the dedicated workers in action. It’s worth noting that Rick Ross acquired the Star Island property just last year, reportedly investing $37 million in the purchase.

Spanning an impressive 40,000 square feet, the mansion comes equipped with various luxurious amenities, including a games room, a 40-foot dock on the waterfront, an in-ground pool, a pool table, and plaza deck terraces.
