RadarOnline.com has learned that rapper Rich The Kid is currently facing a bombshell lawsuit, with court documents revealing that he agreed to pay $35,000 to a woman he impregnated in a bid to keep the news hidden from his fiancée Tori Brixx.
According to the lawsuit, which was filed in a Massachusetts court by a woman identified only as Jane Doe, Rich the Kid held a private event at a hotel in Boston on January 28, 2023, which she attended.
During the event, Jane Doe alleges that Rich The Kid requested unprotected sexual relations with her, which she agreed to. The lawsuit goes on to claim that the rapper then assaulted her, aggressively touching her without her consent and forcibly preventing her from leaving the hotel. Doe says that she eventually managed to leave, with Rich The Kid allegedly following her and jumping into her Uber. She claims that they had unprotected sexual relations again at her home, resulting in her pregnancy.
Doe alleges that Rich The Kid agreed to pay her $35,000 to keep the pregnancy a secret from Tori Brixx and to prevent her from making any claims over the alleged assault. A settlement agreement was executed on March 29-30, 2023, but Doe claims that the rapper still owes her $25,000 and is, therefore, in violation of the agreement.
Rich The Kid has yet to respond to the lawsuit, and Doe’s attorney has declined to comment on the case. This bombshell news has caused a stir on social media, with fans and followers of the rapper expressing shock and disappointment over the allegations.
