Ja Rule reaffirms his assertion that he emerged victorious in a physical altercation with 50 Cent and suggests that their feud has been primarily one-sided.
During an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Tuesday (March 5), the former Murder Inc. artist found himself in a series of inquiries from the host regarding his longstanding rivalry with 50 Cent.
Pressed by Morgan about the hypothetical outcome of a fight between him and the G-Unit figurehead, Ja Rule confidently responded, “That’s happened already too, Piers. You gotta do your research.”
Inquiring about the victor, Morgan prompted Ja Rule, who confidently stated, “I did, Piers.”
The Queens, New York native further characterized their feud as “one-sided,” emphasizing his own preference for keeping a low profile. “You never see me say anything about him. I just mind my business, do my business… I don’t do the back and forth,” he added.
Ja Rule was also asked if he had any message for 50, to which he replied that he had “no message” but wished him well.
This isn’t the first time Ja Rule has made such claims. In his 2014 memoir, “Unruly: The Highs and Lows of Being a Man,” he detailed an altercation where he purportedly confronted 50 Cent with a bat during the peak of their conflict in 2000.
Detailing the encounter, Ja Rule wrote, “50 tried to swing on me, but I dipped, then I hit him with the baby Louisville Slugger. Bam! I dropped the bat. I pulled the shirt over his head. I started catching him left, right, uppercut.”
He also alleged using a crutch from someone in his entourage who had a broken foot at the time. “I hit him with the crutch,” Ja Rule claimed. “We proceeded to whip his ass. I was putting in my work. 50 was crunched in the corner. I slammed the big Tannoy speaker down on him.”
