Eagles Josh Sills has been indicted on rape, and kidnapping charges 10 days before Super Bowl LVII.
According to TMZ, according to prosecutors in Ohio, the incident happened in Guernsey County on December 5, 2019. Officials believe that Sills “engaged in sexual activity that was not consensual and held the victim against her will.”
Sills is a rookie linebacker that made the team this year as an undrafted free agent. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 16, 2023, five days after the Super Bowl.
The Eagles had yet to talk about Sills legal issues or if he will be able to play.
