Mia Jaye, the grieving fiancée of the late Young Dolph, recently shared a poignant insight into what she believes might have led to the Memphis rapper’s untimely demise. In an emotionally charged Instagram Live video on Friday (November 10), Jaye opened up about a potential motive she dubs a “bruised ego.”
During the Live session, Jaye, who is also the mother of Dolph’s two children, responded to a fan’s inquiry, shedding light on her perspective. Speculating on the tragic incident, she suggested that the rapper might have been targeted due to what she described as “rap sh*t” and the ramifications of a “bruised ego.”

Elaborating further, Jaye expressed disbelief at the idea of lives being lost over a wounded sense of pride. “A song, or two. Some ego sh*t. Let’s break that down even more. Ego sh*t. He not here because of ego… He’s not here because of some ego sh*t… At the end of the f**king day, we killing people because of a bruised, a scarred ego?”
