Walmart Cancels Gunna’s “Great Giveaway” Christmas Event

After his release from jail, Walmart and The City of South Fulton’s police department canceled the 5th annual “Great Giveaway” event hosted by Atlanta rapper Gunna.

Gunna was supposed to host an event where he would give away $100,000 worth of gift cards, but that was quickly canceled.

According to 11Alive, the police department stated that Walmart had canceled the event and any inquiries should be directed to the retailer.

Gunna, along with Lil Duke, Slimelife Shawty, and YSL co-founder Walter Murphy all accepted plea deals and were released with time served.

Meanwhile, Young Thug remains in jail without bond, with his trial scheduled for sometime in January.
