Hip-hop manager Wack 100 has issued a stern warning to Memphis rapper Yo Gotti, suggesting he might face legal trouble in connection with Young Dolph’s murder.
In a heated Clubhouse conversation, Wack, who manages artists like 6ix9ine, The Game, and Blueface, claimed Gotti could be the next big name facing charges.
“Yo Gotti, you better say your prayers,” Wack said, referencing a testimony from Dolph’s ongoing murder trial. According to Wack, one of the alleged shooters mentioned receiving financial assistance for his legal fees from Gotti’s label, CMG (Collective Music Group).
During the trial, it was revealed that $50,000 was paid for an attorney, which raised suspicions about CMG’s involvement in the deadly plot.
Wack hinted that prosecutors might attempt to classify CMG as a gang due to the nature of the allegations, including previous attempts on Dolph’s life. Back in 2017, Dolph narrowly escaped an attack in Charlotte, North Carolina, where over 100 shots were fired at his SUV.
Wack suggested that authorities could link this prior incident to gang-related violence involving CMG.
Cornelius Smith, one of the men involved in Dolph’s killing, testified during the trial that he expected a $40,000 payout for the crime but received only $800 before his arrest. Smith also claimed that CMG paid $50,000 for his legal representation after he was charged with Dolph’s murder.
Further testimony indicated that the hit on Dolph was allegedly ordered by Yo Gotti’s brother, Big Jook, who reportedly offered a $100,000 bounty. Jook himself was fatally shot in Memphis earlier this year.
With Justin Johnson, one of Dolph’s killers, already found guilty of multiple charges, including murder and conspiracy, Wack’s warning to Yo Gotti suggests more trouble could be on the horizon for the CMG camp.
