In-N-Out Burger has filed a lawsuit against YouTuber Bryan Arnett, accusing him of impersonating one of its employees in a series of controversial videos posted online. The fast-food chain says the stunt crossed the line from humor to harm… and they’re taking legal action.
The legal complaint, filed in Central California District Court, alleges Arnett donned a fake In-N-Out uniform and illegally used the company’s logos and trademarks to mislead customers into thinking he worked at the restaurant. Once inside, Arnett reportedly filmed himself making outrageous, offensive, and vulgar comments to customers… all while pretending to be an official team member.
In the videos, the prankster allegedly made shocking false claims about In-N-Out’s food quality, suggesting it contained cockroaches, condoms, and even said employees put their feet in the lettuce. According to In-N-Out, these statements were not just misleading… they were intentionally damaging.
As of now, the prank videos have been removed from Arnett’s public YouTube page, which boasts over 334,000 subscribers. The controversial creator is known for pushing boundaries, including a previous viral video where he tested Planet Fitness’ 24-hour policy by staying at the gym for an entire day.
Arnett has yet to publicly comment on the lawsuit.
