Atlanta’s iconic rap figure, T.I., added a touch of humor to the ongoing chatter surrounding his son King Harris’ recent dental transformation. In a candid conversation with DJ Diamond Kuts on August 19, T.I. joined fellow comedians K Dubb, Jayski, and Ronnie Jordan to discuss his son’s dental journey, revealing a lighthearted side to the situation.
During the engaging interview, T.I. was prompted by the radio host to talk about his son’s recent dental procedure. The rap legend warmly supported his son’s decision and showcased his pride in King’s determination to invest in his dental health. T.I. commended King’s commitment to saving up for the procedure and applauded the dentist’s excellent work.
“Aye, look man. The man said he wanted his teeth done, he put his paper up, stacked his money and he went and got his teeth done. I respect and admire and celebrate the actual process he went through to get them done. And so when I seen him, I was congratulatory. I was like ‘Hell yeah, man. They white!
He continued, “So, I said, ‘They white, man. They nice!’ ‘Cause the dentist did do a good job,” the Grand Hustle general continued. “I’m giving him props and his momma walk in and the first thing she say, ‘Why the hell is they so damn big?!”
Amidst the conversation, K Dubb playfully chimed in, comparing King’s new teeth to the famous cartoon character Garfield. The remark sparked laughter throughout the room, including T.I. himself.
The interview turned into a lighthearted banter as the comedians joined in on the jesting. One comedian humorously suggested that King might have accidentally received his father’s teeth instead, leading to a burst of laughter. T.I. lightened the mood by humorously mentioning that King is still growing and will eventually “grow into” his new teeth.
Amidst the laughter, K Dubb introduced amusing nicknames for King, referring to him as “Teeth Keef” and “Teeth Sweat,” drawing parallels to Chief Keef and Keith Sweat. T.I. couldn’t contain his laughter, sharing the comic spirit of the moment.
While the room echoed with laughter, T.I.’s young daughter fearlessly spoke into the microphone, expressing her protective feelings for her brother and urging the room to treat him kindly.
