Atlanta rap artist T.I. and his wife, Tiny Harris, find themselves entangled in legal matters as they face allegations of sexual assault dating back to 2005. This recent lawsuit, brought forward by an individual identified as Jane Doe, alleges an incident that occurred in Los Angeles when she was enlisted in the Air Force.
The lawsuit, recently acquired by TMZ, claims that T.I. and Tiny encountered Jane Doe at a Los Angeles nightclub. The plaintiff suggests that Tiny may have tampered with one of her drinks, leading to her unintentionally leaving the club in the company of T.I. and two other women.
According to the accuser, they ended up in a hotel room with the rap legend and his wife, where T.I. allegedly joined them for a naked shower. Subsequently, the accuser states that T.I. insisted on her providing a massage while he watched explicit content.
The gravity of the accusations escalates as the alleged victim claims that T.I. penetrated her with his toe, despite her objections. She recounts a disturbing comment made by T.I. after she went to the bathroom, saying, “Are you alright? Looks like you in last place.”
The lawsuit details that the accuser passed out, only to be escorted out of the hotel room the next morning by a security guard, experiencing “serious pain.” Despite the incident occurring nearly two decades ago, the accuser has reopened the case under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act.
In response to the allegations, T.I. and Tiny Harris vehemently deny all accusations, characterizing the lawsuit as an extortion attempt. They dismiss the claims and attribute them to ulterior motives.
