Rick Ross has made his stance clear amidst the escalating tension between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, stepping into the fray with a mentor’s voice as the feud takes a new turn.
Following the unexpected drop of K.Dot’s diss track “euphoria” on Tuesday (April 30), Ross took to Instagram Stories to address Drake with some pointed advice.
Starting with a light-hearted jab using Toronto slang, Ross teased Drake about the amenities of his private jet, suggesting it might lack WiFi. He then delved into more serious counsel, acknowledging their distant relationship but offering guidance nonetheless.
Addressing Drake’s potential response to the diss track, Ross advised him against retaliation, citing the significance of the track’s opening sample as a “Black vibe.” He urged Drake to refrain from escalating the situation further.
Additionally, Ross touched on rumors surrounding Drake’s use of ghostwriters, particularly mentioning Lil Yachty. While acknowledging the allure of financial gain, Ross emphasized the importance of authenticity and cautioned against excessive cosmetic procedures.
