In the midst of their ongoing car show beef, Rick Ross has taken his attacks against DJ Envy to a new level as disturbing allegations surface regarding Envy’s real estate business partner.
All HipHop reports that Cesar Pina, also known as Flipping NJ, has been entangled in a series of financial mismanagement issues, prompting disgruntled clients to express their frustrations on social media.
Shocking testimonies have emerged, with one individual claiming to have lost a staggering $1,000,000 in dealings with the New Jersey real estate investor. Another unfortunate victim revealed being out of pocket by $500,000 due to an ill-fated investment.
Adding fuel to the fire, former NFL player Tony “The Closer” Robinson, a fellow real estate investor, took to Twitter to call out both Pina and Envy, shedding light on the fact that the duo currently has 20 properties facing foreclosure. Envy, on an Instagram Live session with Robinson, took the opportunity to defend himself against these accusations.
“I honestly don’t know that’s between them and whatever happened,” the Breakfast Club co-host said. “But did I say, ‘There, take this money and give it to this person or do this with this money?’ I never did. “If you ever came to my seminar, I tell everybody, ‘Everybody on this stage, whether it’s credit, prepare, or it’s a conventional lender, do your homework because I don’t trust anybody.’ If you’ve been to my seminars, I say that a million times.”
Cesar Pina also addressed the allegations on Instagram, vehemently maintaining DJ Envy’s innocence in a heartfelt message.
“It’s not a secret that my relationship with DJ Envy extends beyond the turntables and into the real estate market,” he wrote. “However, it’s critical to clarify that he was never involved in any deals, negotiations, or partnerships that have come into question.”
He further expressed regret, saying, “To my wife, my family, DJ Envy, and Envy’s entire family, I apologize. It saddens me that individuals who have nothing to lose are attempting to tarnish your names.”
Rick Ross, refusing to let up on his attacks, proceeded to taunt Envy by posting an Instagram Stories video featuring him in the company of Tony Robinson, accompanied by a knowing look. This move appears to be Ross’ attempt to outshine the New York DJ in their ongoing feud surrounding their upcoming car shows. The tension between Envy and Ross initially sparked when the MMG mogul belittled the Breakfast Club co-host during his interview on Drink Champs, arrogantly declaring that Envy was “never on my level” when it comes to hosting car shows.
What began as harmless banter escalated quickly when Rick Ross dragged DJ Envy’s family into the feud, demanding that Envy, his girlfriend, and children clean his swimming pool.
Envy retaliated by humorously donning a police uniform and impersonating “Officer Ricky” on The Breakfast Club, cleverly poking fun at Ross’ controversial past as a correctional officer, which has been a contentious topic throughout his career.
