Yung Miami’s recent cameo appearance in “BMF” has been subject to mockery from her own friends, but Method Man, who has had his own share of Starz spotlight, advises the aspiring actress to focus on her own path.
TMZ Hip Hop caught up with the Wu-Tang Clan icon in New York City on Wednesday. Although he missed Miami’s on-screen appearance, he seemed aware of the negative reactions.
However, Meth was unfazed by people’s opinions, which he deemed too harsh. Instead, he suggests Miami ignore the “white noise” and move forward. In last week’s episode, Miami played Deanna Washington in a guest role, which quickly drew widespread criticism from fans, with her friends MoMo and Saucy Santana still finding it amusing.
Meth’s advice is invaluable, but Miami might find it difficult to block out everyone on social media for now. Some have even remixed her cameo into “BMF: The Hood Musical!!!”
Maybe Yung Miami should rethink who her real friends are.
