By now, I’m sure we all know that Facebook is now Meta. Meta, the giant tech company, has designed and built the AI Research SuperCluster (RSC), their new supercomputer that is supposed the be one of the fastest supercomputers in the world when it’s fully built.
Meta plans to use its supercomputer to train AI models with more than a trillion parameters that could advance fields such as natural-language processing for jobs like identifying harmful content in real-time, reported from InceptiveMind.
According to InceptiveMind, Meta says RSC has all the needed security and privacy controls to protect any training data they use. The researchers can safely train models using encrypted user-generated data that is not decrypted until right before training.
