Lil Yachty recently confessed that he has only just started listening to some of JAY-Z’s most iconic albums, explaining why the legendary rapper isn’t on his list of dream collaborations.
During his appearance on the Flagrant podcast, released on Wednesday (July 31), Yachty made a surprising revelation. When co-host Alexx Media pointed out that JAY-Z was missing from Yachty’s dream features list, the Atlanta rapper admitted, “I listened to The Black Album for the first time like three days ago. And then I listened to Reasonable Doubt.”
“I think Reasonable Doubt is better in my opinion. He’s an insane lyricist. I’m not a big fan of the De La production – that type, that sound.”
Yachty continued, “But I think he’s amazing. The stuff he talks about is like things most people never actually get to experience in life.”
