Remember the house that Kanye West bought next door to his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, when all that Pete Davidson stuff was going on? Well, it looks like he is giving that house over to Kim as a part of the divorce settlement.
According to the divorce settlement obtained by TMZ, Kanye will transfer the title of the 3,650 square foot, 5-bedroom home to Kim. Kanye originally purchased the house so he could be closer to his kids, but since they have equal custody, he can see them anytime he wants.
Kim will keep the $60 million Hidden Hills estate, 200k/month in child support, and they’ll split the education and security expenses for the kids.
Kanye will keep his $60 million home on the beach in Malibu, two ranches in Wyoming, 300 acres in Calabasas, a home in Belgium, and his childhood home in Chicago, according to TMZ.
