Former Impractical Jokers star Joe Gatto has responded to a sexual assault allegation made by a TikTok user, denying any wrongdoing while admitting to personal missteps.
“I have used poor judgment and violated the trust of those I love most,” Gatto said. But anyone who knows me knows I wouldn’t assault anyone.” He added that he plans to step away from the public eye to focus on personal growth.
The allegations surfaced on March 20 when TikTok user @joozyb accused Gatto of sexual misconduct. She claimed they met during his Wisconsin performance in 2023, exchanged Instagram messages, and later met in his hotel room, where the alleged incident occurred. She shared screenshots and wrote, “Yes, he did sexually assault me. Yes, he had JUST gotten back together with his wife.”
As the accusations gain traction online, reactions remain divided, with some defending Gatto and others calling for further investigation.
