Social media influencer and YouTuber Jack Doherty has reportedly been arrested in Miami Beach, according to police sources. Officers say Doherty was taken into custody outside a local smoke shop and booked into Florida’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center just before 9 a.m.
Authorities confirmed he’s facing three charges… possession of a controlled substance, marijuana possession under 20 grams, and resisting arrest. Police reports indicate the controlled substance in question was amphetamine, commonly prescribed for ADHD and narcolepsy treatment.

Doherty’s bond was set at $3,500, which, as of the latest update, has not been posted. The 21-year-old creator, known for his viral prank videos and lavish lifestyle content, had been live-streaming on Parti and sharing clips from a Miami yacht only hours before the arrest.
This marks yet another controversy for the online star, whose antics have often blurred the line between entertainment and real-world consequences.
