Ice Cube is gearing up to treat his fans with fresh vibes as he unveils details about his much-anticipated 11th studio album, ‘Man Down.’ In a recent conversation with HipHopDX, the N.W.A. legend shared insights into the project’s progress, revealing that it is currently at an impressive 85 percent completion.
The album, which has been generating excitement for the past year, is now in its final stages, with Ice Cube expressing confidence in its readiness for release. While some mundane contract paperwork remains, the iconic rapper outlined a strategic plan to introduce the album to the audience.
Ice Cube revealed to DX, “We’re almost finished with it, we’re about 85 percent finished with it. We’re just doing the boring contract paperwork stuff. We got our plan to roll it out with a couple songs and then hit you with the album hopefully around May.”
‘Man Down’ marks Ice Cube’s return to solo albums, following the success of his 2018 release, ‘Everythang’s Corrupt.’ The announcement of the album was initially made during a conversation with Chuck D’s RAPstation in September, where Ice Cube expressed enthusiasm for the project.
