Fyre Festival Billy McFarland is back at it again, asking $1,800 an hour for a consulting phone call. If you don’t remember or don’t know who Billy McFarland is, he is pretty much the guy that made social media add the paid partnership tag to its platforms.
Due to many celebrities getting paid to promote the big event, one in particular, Kendall Jenners, was allegedly paid $250,000 just for one post that mentioned the big event, which was a fraud.
Billy is a convicted fraudster who thinks that if you want to learn the skills of what he thinks success is, it will cost you $1,800.
Billy’s new venture, PYRT (pronounced “Pirate”), is a company that promises to deliver a virtual reality-powered experience where users can beam themselves onto a tropical island from the comfort of their homes and control what happens there, Billy claims, according to New York Post.
The company is designed to help tech companies expand their reach on social media platforms.
