Fetty Wap, real name Willie Junior Maxwell II, pleads guilty to federal drug charges, facing a 5-year mandatory minimum sentence.
According to Complex, Fetty Wap plead guilty to conspiracy to possess and distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.
He was arrested last year in October 2021 on Federal drug charges.
Ben Feuerherd said that Fetty’s lawyer stressed, “He is not cooperating, I want that to be very, very clear. This is a standard plea.”
His charges carry a minimum mandatory sentence of five years in prison and a maximum sentence of 40.
His sentencing date hasn’t been set yet, and Fetty Wap remains in jail.
