Eminem has done it again! The legendary rapper has secured his 11th No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart with his latest release, “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce),” dated July 27.
This impressive feat was achieved as the album soared to the top with 281,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S. during the week ending July 18, according to Luminate. This marks the largest week for any rap album in 2024.
With this achievement, Eminem now ties with music icons Bruce Springsteen, Barbra Streisand, and Ye (formerly Kanye West) for the fifth-most No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200. The only artists ahead of them are The Beatles, holding the record with 19 No. 1 albums, Jay-Z and Taylor Swift with 14 each, and Drake with 13.
Eminem’s consistent dominance in the music industry continues to set new standards, solidifying his legacy as one of the greatest rappers of all time.
