Drake recently made headlines by announcing a temporary hiatus from the music scene. However, it seems like he’s reconsidering that decision.
The Toronto artist took the stage at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis on Tuesday night (February 13) as part of the much-anticipated It’s All a Blur: Big As the What? Tour, alongside J. Cole.
Amidst the electric atmosphere, Drake hinted at a potential return to the studio and hinted at upcoming projects.
“While I mentioned I was taking a break, being here with you all feels right back at home,” he shared with the enthusiastic audience. “It’s incredibly challenging for me to stay away from my fans — I genuinely adore you all.
“You never know, the inspiration might hit me, and I might find myself creating new tunes on this journey. Let’s see where the road takes us in the coming days.”
Acknowledging the energy of the St. Louis crowd, Drake commended their enthusiasm and pledged to not keep them waiting too long before his next visit to the city.
