Dave Coulier, beloved for his role in Full House, has officially beaten cancer! The comedian and actor has been declared cancer-free after battling stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a diagnosis he received in October 2024.
In a new interview with Parade published Monday, Coulier revealed that he completed his chemotherapy treatments in February. The journey wasn’t easy… undergoing six rounds of chemo, he lost all his hair. However, he had the unwavering support of his close friends, including Full House co-star John Stamos, who even donned a bald cap in solidarity.
Candace Cameron Bure, who played Coulier’s niece on the iconic sitcom, took to social media to share her excitement. Posting throwback photos from their Full House days alongside more recent snapshots, she cheered:
“DAVE IS CANCER FREE!!!! Join me in celebrating this AMAZING news… let’s shower him with all the love in the world! ♥️♥️♥️”
Coulier first revealed his diagnosis during a Today interview in November, just weeks after learning he had the aggressive blood cancer. But after months of treatment and resilience, he has officially won the fight.
Now, with a clean bill of health, Dave Coulier is looking ahead, grateful for the support of his friends, family, and fans. Let’s celebrate this incredible victory!
