According to police, Mike Epps, who starred in The Hangover, was found to have a loaded gun in his bag while passing through security at Indianapolis airport on Sunday.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ state that Epps claimed to have “forgotten” about the weapon. The .38 special Airweight firearm and four rounds of ammunition were confiscated for investigation. Officials from the Transportation Security Agency discovered the gun, which was found to have no ammunition in the chamber.
Epps, who is from Indiana, was not arrested at the airport, and it is currently unclear whether charges will be filed against him.
