Hip-hop luminary Big Gipp is joining forces with a Black-owned brewery to introduce an innovative fusion of craft beer and musical artistry, aptly named the ‘404 Pack.’ The esteemed Goodie Mob MC shared the exciting news through an exclusive press release with HipHopDX, revealing his partnership with High Gravity Hip Hop and Georgia’s pioneering Black-owned brewery, Down Home Brewing.
The grand unveiling event is scheduled for Saturday, December 2, at Down Home Brewing, situated in Tucker, Georgia, just north of Atlanta. This unique collaboration marks not only the release of a distinctive craft beer and mixtape but also aligns with the grand finale of the Hip Hop 50 celebration.
The 404 Pack holds a dual purpose, as stated by High Gravity Hip Hop in the press release, aiming to raise funds for the High Gravity Gardens Brewery project.
The overarching vision is to establish a one-of-a-kind venue that seamlessly blends the essence of City Winery, the spectacle of Cirque du Soleil, and the spirit of the Wu-Tang Clan. This venue would feature a music venue beer hall, emphasizing collaboration with local Black-owned breweries.
The unveiling event serves as a pivotal moment to celebrate the convergence of music and craft brewing. With four prominent brands already on board, the proposed “beer hall” anticipates expanding its collaboration to include eight to ten partner breweries.
The funds generated from this innovative partnership with Big Gipp will significantly contribute to the realization of their dream – acquiring a physical location to bring their unique vision to life.
