In response to the headline “Cassie Sues Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs For Rape And Repeated Physical Abuse,” Azealia Banks affirmed the validity of the claims on her Instagram Stories, stating, “THIS IS TRUE.” She went on to disclose a disturbing incident where Diddy allegedly assaulted Cassie to the extent that she had to be sent on a three-week “vacation” to Hawaii to conceal the aftermath.

Using strong language, Banks labeled Diddy as “another violent hip-hop figure” and pointedly stated, “This is what mental illness looks like for all of you armchair psychologists.” This remark appears to be a direct response to those who have previously speculated about Azealia Banks’ own mental health.
