Gondrezick, who is dating Boston Celtics champion Jaylen Brown, spent time with Reese before she was cut from the Chicago Sky roster earlier in the 2024 WNBA season.

Reese admitted, “Hating pays my bills, baby. The WNBA doesn’t pay my bills at all. I don’t even think it pays one of them.”
Reese’s WNBA salary for the 2024 season stood at $73,439, which she humorously compared to her high living costs. “I’m living beyond my means!” she joked. “My rent alone is $8,000. If I relied solely on my WNBA salary, I wouldn’t even be able to eat a sandwich or afford to live.”
