In the wake of the recent legal troubles surrounding Diddy and his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, 50 Cent has added his voice to the unfolding scandal. As news broke on November 16 about Cassie’s lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records mogul, 50 Cent took to Instagram to share his thoughts on the matter.
This development follows Cassie’s allegations of rape and years of abuse, leading to a Manhattan federal court case that has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry.
In a social media post, 50 Cent, also known as the Power mogul, expressed his astonishment at Diddy’s situation, captioning a photo with, “Damn brother love, brother love, brother love, you out here looking CRAZY AS A MF. LMAO.” The post reflects the escalating drama surrounding Diddy and Cassie’s legal battle.
Cassie Ventura alleges that her tumultuous relationship with Diddy began in 2005, marked by a pattern of control and abuse. Her claims include instances of drug use, physical assault, and coerced encounters with male prostitutes filmed by Diddy. The lawsuit reaches its climax with an accusation of rape in 2018 when, according to Ventura, Diddy forcibly entered her home.
Ventura, breaking her silence, stated, “After years in silence and darkness,” Ventura said in a statement, “I am finally ready to tell my story and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships.”
Diddy’s attorney, Ben Brafman, vehemently denies these allegations, stating that his client has been subjected to persistent demands for $30 million over the past six months. Brafman characterizes these demands as a form of blackmail, citing a threat to write a damaging book about their relationship. Despite withdrawing the initial threat, Ventura has opted for a lawsuit, which Brafman dismisses as baseless and filled with outrageous lies aimed at tarnishing Diddy’s reputation.
