Rapper 21 Savage is reconnecting with his UK roots as he embarks on the filming of a new music video in London. The artist is set to headline his first-ever shows in the city, making the most of his time overseas.
Recently, intriguing footage emerged of 21 Savage maneuvering motorcycles while shooting the upcoming music video in South London’s Brixton district. Although the specific track remains undisclosed, the rapper is accompanied by a biker gang, creating a visually dynamic scene.
This visit marks the Slaughtergang honcho’s return to London after more than two decades. Fans playfully speculated about 21 Savage’s proficiency in driving on the opposite side of the road.
In response to a clip reposted by Akademiks, one commentator humorously remarked, “They can’t even own guns; what are you gonna shoot? Y’all ain’t got no guns, hahaha.” Another added a playful jab, saying, “Stay there, bra. Rappers are so fake, anything for views, clout, and to stay relevant. Wanted a visa but shooting a music video there without having been there since a teen—you say.”
The rapper is gearing up for a momentous performance at the O2 Arena in London, marking his first headlining show back in his “home” country on Thursday night, November 30.
