Yung Bleu has recently made headlines for an unfortunate incident related to a custody dispute, resulting in his arrest.
Yung Bleu, whose real name is Jeremy Biddle, found himself in legal trouble on Sunday, October 15, when he was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act, a misdemeanor offense. This incident was allegedly linked to a custody dispute he’s been embroiled in.
According to information obtained from arrest records by iHearts143Quotes, the artist reportedly arrived unannounced at a residence in an attempt to pick up his 10-year-old child. When the woman at the residence, whom TMZ speculates could be his estranged wife, Tiemeria Biddle, refused to allow him to take the child, the situation escalated.
In a regrettable turn of events, Yung Bleu allegedly resorted to using force, body-slamming the woman to the ground, which resulted in injuries to her right arm and hip. Following this incident, Yung Bleu left the premises with the child but returned shortly thereafter before eventually being taken into custody by the authorities.
It’s worth noting that Yung Bleu was released from Hall County Jail a few days later after posting a $2,400 cash bond.
