Xzibit’s estranged wife is taking legal action once again, claiming she’s struggling financially and demanding a significant boost in spousal support. According to new court documents, Kristina Joiner insists she can no longer maintain the lavish lifestyle she once enjoyed and is requesting the rapper pay her $30,000 a month to make ends meet.
TMZ Hip Hop reports that Kristina filed legal paperwork on Thursday, arguing that her financial situation has drastically worsened since their 2021 split. She alleges that she and their 12-year-old son were forced to move out of their $10,000-a-month rental home and are now unable to afford basic luxuries, including designer clothing.
Kristina claims she’s struggling to cover her bills, car insurance, and even weekend trips. She also accuses Xzibit of prioritizing his girlfriend’s high-end car over their son’s private school tuition. Additionally, she alleges that the rapper has made no effort to visit their son since September 2024.
With mounting financial pressure, Kristina is hoping the court will compel Xzibit to increase her support payments, allowing her to regain the luxury lifestyle she once had. As of now, the rapper has yet to respond to the latest legal demands.
