Amidst this chaos, Trae Tha Truth and his Relief Gang have been tirelessly working to help their community.
Trae Tha Truth shared with TMZ Hip Hop that he and his team have delivered over 1,000 meals to affected families. They’ve also been cutting down fallen tree branches and removing debris, but the work is far from over.
The Houston rapper highlighted that some residents in low-income areas have been without power for nearly ten days. Many have had to sleep in their cars or check into hotels due to the ongoing power outage.

The derecho brought winds of up to 100 mph, thunderstorms, and damage estimated between $5-7 billion.
