The shocking incident took place in the first half, as the comedian—known for his die-hard Knicks fandom—became visibly ill while seated near the court. Witnesses captured images showing Morgan vomiting near his feet, with some of it even splashing onto the playing area.
Medical staff rushed to assist the 56-year-old, pausing the game for several minutes. Morgan appeared distressed as he was placed in a wheelchair and escorted out of the arena, holding a towel to his face. Some fans claimed they noticed blood coming from his nose as he exited the scene.
