The forest Queen butterfly (Euxanthe Wakefieldi) is a beautiful African butterfly that specifically inhibits forest areas where sunlight can penetrate through the tree canopy.
Forest Queen butterflies love to eat tree sap and ferment fruits when they are adults. Males and females are similar in shape, but females have larger patches on the underside of hind wings.
These beautiful butterflies have a wingspan of 65-72mm for males and 80-90mm for females.
