These fish are not fast swimmers, and they don’t have to be. Blobfish are not tasty to other sea life, and they’re inedible to humans.
The fact that these fish are not fast swimmers doesn’t matter because they let their food swim to them. Unfortunately, the Blobfish is endangered due to overfishing of the ocean bottom. They usually get hauled out of the ocean at fast rates.
