T.I. responds to checking ‘The Chainsmokers’ Drew Taggart over kissing him on the cheek. Drew didn’t mind telling the story, in which he knew he was utterly wrong and said he got a little too hyped up over the performance.
“T.I. literally punched me in the face. We’re in a vibe, and I, like, gave him a kiss on the cheek. It was totally my fault,” Drew said.
“He was like, ‘don’t do that.’ And I was like, ‘okay. He pushed me off, and I was like, “alright, my bad, Drew said. Then Drew said that a member of T.I.’s crew walked up to T.I. and said, “you need to get your boy.” Drew said that’s when T.I. punched him in the face, and he told the rapper he was sorry for the incident. “He was like, alright, cool, we’re good,” Drew said; the situation was very awkward.
“First of all, T.I.’s fully in the right here. I was feeling the vibes way too hard, and I kissed T.I. on the cheek. And he punched me in the face for it! It’s like, fully fine,” Drew said.
The rapper/actor had only 6 words to say about Drew’s story, “not much more to the story.”
Glad to see things can happen, and no one holds a grudge against the other.
