In the video, SZA showcased her skills by performing a balancing act while slightly bent over, with a bottle of sauce standing upright on her derrière. Her infectious laughter throughout the video perfectly complemented the background music, Migos’ 2018 hit track, “Stir Fry.”
SZA has always been open about her decision to undergo BBL surgery, and in a recent interview with Elle, she revealed her motivations behind it. She expressed her desire to enhance her appearance in clothing, stating, “I always wanted a voluptuous derrière without spending excessive hours at the gym. It wasn’t about giving in to industry standards but rather fulfilling my own vision of beauty when looking in the mirror.”
With a touch of humor, SZA even likened her new physique to an accessory that adds flair to any outfit. She jokingly shared, “I hate trying on clothes. I don’t shop anywhere, I just wear whatever is free in my mail. I’m like, ‘Is it an extra large? Great.’ If I can feel like I’m under a blanket when I’m outside, that’s ideal. I treat my butt like a purse. It’s just there to enhance whatever else. And that’s why I paid for it, because it works all by itself.”
When asked about referencing her BBL in her music, SZA explained, “That’s some Jersey sh**. You know what I’m saying? When I feel like I have too much to say and I don’t want to say it cute.”
