New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs is facing a courtroom dispute over paternity while preparing to welcome his first child with girlfriend Cardi B.
According to newly surfaced legal documents, model and influencer Aileen Lopera… who goes by Lord Gisselleonline… claims Diggs is the father of her infant daughter. Lopera filed a petition in Los Angeles County back in December 2024 while still pregnant, naming the NFL star as the child’s father.
Diggs, however, pushed back in a July filing, stating he was “not certain” if the baby girl, born in April, is his. He requested DNA testing to confirm paternity. Court records show a judge ordered both parties to undergo genetic testing on July 17, though it remains unclear if results have been submitted.
Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, told The U.S. Sun… “My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter in Los Angeles.” Diggs’ lawyer, Tullo Mumtaz, has not commented publicly.
The controversy lands as Diggs awaits the arrival of his first child with Cardi B, adding another layer of public attention to his personal life.
