Hip-hop mogul Rick Ross has ambitious plans to maximize the value of his lavish Georgia mansion, known as the ‘Promise Land.’ Through a series of renovations and upgrades, Ross foresees his serene estate reaching an impressive eight-figure price tag.
In an Instagram Story, he boldly predicted that the value of the property would soar to approximately $75 million once his visionary projects come to fruition.
Ross took his fans on a virtual tour of his vast property, showcasing the acres of forest and his thrilling motorcycle joy ride. In March, he revealed his master plan to elevate the mansion’s allure by investing $5 million in luxurious porcelain floors. Spanning an expansive 55,000 square feet, Ross opted for the exquisite Antolini brand from Italy, highlighting their distinct veins. He expressed his commitment to replacing all carpets with Antolini, creating a lavish and cohesive aesthetic throughout the ‘Promise Land.’
Unafraid to spare expenses, Ross recently transformed his brunch area with a remarkable custom table crafted from a 757 airplane engine. This unique centerpiece adds a touch of grandeur to the space. The engine’s blades were polished, lights were added with customizable color options and a glass top was specially cut, resulting in a bespoke creation that showcases Ross’ personal touch.
