Rapper Yo Gotti is selling his fancy L.A. Villa, which is about an hour northwest of Los Angeles, for $8.6 million. Gotti’s private-like villa is 10,000 square feet of living space.
The estate features seven bedrooms and eight baths and lies on a 3-acre property in Westlake Village, California, overlooking the golf course at the high-end North Ranch Country Club.
The estate also features 3 separate living rooms, in which you can see views of the entire outdoor space and the hills beyond. It also features a tennis court, swimming pool, and an infinity pool near the hills.
The Fancy estate was built in the 90s and was known as Villa Forza. Gotti initially dropped $7.6 million for the estate when he purchased it.
It looks like Yo Gotti knows precisely what to do with his rap money.
