Rapper Kodak Black is once again behind bars, this time in a federal prison, as confirmed by documents obtained by iHearts143Quotes. The artist’s latest legal woes unfolded in Plantation, Florida, on December 7, when authorities discovered his Bentley SUV parked in a roadway, still running, with Kodak Black asleep behind the wheel.
Upon approaching the luxury vehicle, law enforcement officers detected a potent odor of burnt cannabis, along with cannabis wrapping paper and residue near the center console. Furthermore, they claimed to have detected the scent of alcohol emanating from the Bentley.
The situation escalated when officers observed a white powder falling from Kodak Black’s mouth. Upon closer inspection, the police report revealed that his mouth was “full of white powder.” Additionally, a white rock-like substance near the rapper was initially identified as Percocet, but subsequent tests, along with the discovery of a white plastic bag in his pocket, confirmed that the residue was cocaine.
In light of these findings, Kodak Black is now facing charges of cocaine possession, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and improper stop, stand, or park.
