However, the significant difference lies in the substantial amounts of money involved in these child support and custody agreements. For instance, Katie Holmes received a whopping $4.8 million in child support after splitting from Tom Cruise, Guy Ritchie had to pay $92 million following his divorce from Madonna, and Kelly Clarkson pays approximately $200,000 in alimony to her ex-husband under their joint custody agreement.
Future reportedly pays around $30,000 per month on just child support alone, estimated at $750 per week per minor child, which doesn’t include any potential insurance plans.
While Future’s relationship with his children is mostly private, his relationships with their mothers are reportedly rocky. His oldest son Jakobi retweeted a post claiming his father wasn’t present in his life, leading many to believe Jakobi was calling out Future. Although most of his children’s mothers are content with their custody agreements, Eliza Seraphin and Brittni Mealy have been battling Future in court for an increase in their monthly payments.
Seraphin initially asked for $53,754 per month, which a judge dismissed and ordered Future to pay $3,200 per month. Mealy accused Future of not being present for their child and claimed he didn’t maintain their son’s dental insurance, leading to an increase in spending. She also called him out for sending an inappropriate text to their son and accused him of being abusive and neglectful.
Ciara and Future had to set up a child support and custody agreement for their son, with Future accusing Ciara of preventing him from seeing their son and paying $15,000 per month in child support.
Ciara’s sources denied these rumors and blamed Future’s behavior on jealousy. Ciara and Future broke up amid allegations of Future’s infidelity during her pregnancy.
