Philadelphia police are actively searching for Najee Williams, a 27-year-old tow truck driver labeled armed and dangerous in connection with two fatal shootings involving rival operators.
Investigators say the first killing occurred in December 2025, when David Garcia-Morales, 20, was discovered inside a tow truck suffering from gunshot wounds to his neck and thigh. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Williams is also wanted in the January shooting death of Aaron Whitfield, 25, who was found unresponsive inside another tow truck. During that same incident, a 21-year-old woman was struck in the leg and survived.
Authorities believe both killings are connected and stem from an ongoing dispute within the competitive tow truck industry. Police warn the public not to approach Williams and urge anyone with information to contact law enforcement immediately.
