Nick Cannon and Bre Tiesi welcome their first son Legendary, who needed respiratory support after birth. Legendary was born June 28th at 1:28 am. He weighed 8 pounds 10 ounces and was 21 inches long. Tiesi had an unmedicated home birth with Cannon right by her side.
Legendary was born with a long crown caused by a nuchal hand, or a hand by his ear, Tiesi said during her birth video. She said, “I noticed he wasn’t crying,” but when he finally began to cry, it was “the best sound I ever heard.”
Tiesi was in labor for 10 hours. She said, “The Intensity of birth takes over your whole body, and I swear I was pushing so hard screaming and crying I started to break, I started doubting I could do it I kept saying why won’t he come, get him out.”
“At a certain point, I had left my body I didn’t remember a lot of my birth until my team sat with me to process my birth which I felt was soo healing and helpful.”
Tiesi’s son is Cannon’s eighth child. Although Legendary did have a little health scare, Tiesi did say that he’s doing great!
