Rising NFL draft prospect Isaiah Bond, known for his standout season with the Texas Longhorns, has voluntarily turned himself in to police in connection to a warrant for sexual assault. According to the Frisco Police Department, the 21-year-old wide receiver reported to authorities on Thursday morning and was released shortly after posting bond.
Although law enforcement has yet to release full details regarding the case, Bond addressed the situation publicly, declaring the accusations against him as completely unfounded.
“These allegations are patently false,” Bond said in a statement released Thursday afternoon. “I’m fully cooperating with investigators and will continue to actively support the process. False claims like these can damage everyone involved if not thoroughly reviewed. I respectfully ask the public to withhold judgment until the facts are fully established.”
The timing of the allegations comes as Bond, a projected second-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, has been busy meeting with teams… including a recent visit with the Green Bay Packers on Wednesday.
Bond entered the draft earlier this year after a strong 2024-25 season, recording 540 receiving yards and five touchdowns. His potential as a top-tier wide receiver has generated considerable buzz among scouts and analysts alike.
As the investigation unfolds, Bond maintains his innocence and continues to prepare for the next phase of his football career.
