A woman has filed a lawsuit against NBA YoungBoy, alleging that she was thrown off the stage during one of his concerts, resulting in severe injuries. The incident took place during a 2019 performance in St. Louis County, according to legal documents obtained by STLToday. Cayden Rutherford, the plaintiff, claims that the injuries she sustained continue to impact her daily life.
This incident is not an isolated case involving the rapper. The lawsuit highlights three previous instances where NBA YoungBoy was involved in altercations with fans or where fans were thrown off the stage during his concerts in different states. The lawsuit argues that given these prior occurrences, there should have been better supervision provided by The Ambassador venue, Major Entertainment LLC (the concert promoter), and Elite Security, Protection & Services LLC (the security company).
Rutherford is seeking financial compensation from NBA YoungBoy (whose legal name is Kentrell Deshawn Gaulden) as well as from the venue, promoter, and security company. Currently, there are no listed attorneys for any of the defendants, and attempts to contact NBA YoungBoy, The Ambassador, Major Entertainment, and Elite Security have been unsuccessful thus far.
